I could not ID that either though one other tech informed me that it’s an SCR from RCA.
Doesn’t look like we have that though.

Thank you for looking into it. Was hoping you might find an old data sheet to cross reference a compatible replacement. Looks like I’ll have to do it the hard way LOL. I’ll have to draw a schematic, and get my engineer friend to help me calculate a replacement.

I found part of a databook that lists your part here.
Based on that, it looks to be a 300V 4A sensitive gate SCR. Looking through our selection, the following seem to be pretty similar, particularly in terms of requiring no more than 500uA gate current, dv/dt specs no less than 5V/us, 0.8V VGT, and minimum holding current no more than 6mA:
- S6010RS2TP 600V 10A sensitive gate SCR
- TS420-600T 600V 4A sensitive gate SCR
SCRs can be a little touchy to replace, so no guarantees here, but these seem to be the closest in terms of important specs.
