Hi, since part AT28C64B-15PU is a part that is only available for manufacturers, Can you offer a substitute part that we can purchase from DigiKey.

The below link shows what I have found for similar options with that package type and memory format. From what you indicate for the AT28C64B-15PU-ND were you not able to add these to your cart?

Hi Nathan,

Thank you for answering. DigiKey web page did not allow me to purchase this part. They said “I am sorry, but due to our contract with the Vendor, we are only able to sell this part [AT28C64B-15PU-ND‎] directly to Manufacturers” And this was way after we have placed purchase order along with other parts. They just sent everything else but this specific part.

Yes, in fact, specific EEPROM memory that I am looking for is X28HC64PIZ-12 but DigiKey offered us AT28C64B-15PU-ND as an alternative. Now we have to look at another alternative part

The below link shows the options I had found that would fit that footprint.

The below link shows the items from that list that are not from Microchip Technology for that footprint. However some of these are not all EEprom

With the 2156-CAT28LV64LI20-ND being the most similar to the AT28C64B-15PU or the X28HC64PIZ-12.
