Hi All,
I bought 2 USB-CAN ANALYZER, P/N: 114991193 (Version 8)
This is our order detail: Sales order: 75688495

We used to bought old version (V7) of 114991193 and it works very well.
Here is the video to show the old version work.

I checked the spec and not found any different between 2 version. I already installed version 8 software from
manufacturer but the part dont work. Here is the video show the 114991193 (Version 8) dont work:

Please review and advise.
