Looking at TI ULN2003A data sheet, one can notice that the data sheet refers to two series ULN200xA and ULQ200xA.
What is the difference between ULN2003A and ULQ2003A?
The ULN2003A and ULQ2003A use slightly different dies. The main differences are listed here:
- The ULQ2003A can operate across a larger range.
- The series have slightly different delay times (ULN2003A = 250ns, ULQ2003A = 1000ns).
- Some of the VCE thresholds and Ir (Clamp reverse current) are slightly different too.
