If this has been your experience I can assure you that you are not alone. I can also assure everything is okay. We have looked into this as there have already been other inquiries about this issue and have been given an explanation from Richtek themselves.
The old part number of RT9123GQW is no longer made. There is a new version that includes a new suffix.

If you look into the data sheet for this product you will see that it claims the marking is TT. This was the part marking for this product up until the release of the latest version. This was unfortunately missed with the update of the datasheet. The new product should be marked with an “XP” according to the supplier.
As you can see in the table below, this data sheet does have the updated part numbers that include a -XX suffix. We have been assured by Richtek that a data sheet update will be available in the near future.
