Hey all I need some help finding this thyristor please. On the manufactures list they call it a 300amp 400v thyristor. I can find it elsewhere but I’d like to source it here.

It looks like the part number is IRKV300-04. I do not see that we carry that part, but there are a few results when searching online.
Yeah i have found those, I was just hoping to cross reference to something I could get a little quicker.
I see we have some similar parts listed but I was not able to find a cross. The Common Anode appears to be a much less common configuration that the common cathode.
Vishay has some in the VS-VSKV71 series but unfortunately nothing we have in stock at the moment.
