I heard that TE changed the tooling for this item, can someone tell me if the inventory showing available is old tooling or the new tooling?

The only tool recommended by TE on their website for 62011-2 is 1855714-1.
This is not a stocking part for us unfortunately and we don’t have much information on it.
The TE information on this tool is also very minimal: 1855714-1 | TE Connectivity
The PCN linked from the product page indicates a first ship date of 01May24, so a person would probably need to consider date codes to determine appropriate application tooling.
I’ve made inquiries about existing stock and will advise further pending response.
As of today, 4/22/25 current inventory date codes are Feb 22 for P/N 62011-1, and split for P/N 62011-2 as follows:
May '22: 8728 Pcs.
July '24: 32,000 Pcs.
