Trying to find these spacers from connector

I would just like to buy spacers like this in this connector. What are these called and how can I just order a whole bunch of these spacers at long lengths so I can break them to fit.

Ah ok. Can you find if there is a part number associated with it? I have been trying to find that and cant seem to come up with what to search.

The closest thing I can think of would be buying regular through hole male headers and then just taking the insulation off those, but then you are left with a bunch of pins.
