They are available in a wide array of lengths and materials such as plastic for nonconductivity, carbon steel and titanium for strength, and stainless steel for the ability to sterilize. They are differentiated by tip style, type and shape such as angled, curved, hook and straight.

Features: These are different capabilities or properties of the device such as ESD safe, heat resistant, or serrated.
Tip Style: Indicates the shape of the tweezer tip.
Tip Type: Indicates secondary characteristics of the shape of the tweezer tip.
Tip Shape: Indicates shape of the tip end of the tweezers.
Length - Overall: Indicates the overall length of the tweezers.
Pattern Number: A designator referencing tweezer characteristics such as tip size, shape, serrations, etc.
Material: Indicates the material composition of the tweezers.
