Based on availability of MOD-WIFI-AR9271 from DigiKey AU, am assuming this has RCM markings or we can be provided a declaration of conformity to ensure regulatory approval?

All stock will be from the USA.
According to the Datasheet, which will have the RoHS markings, but I did not find anything on the Reulatory Complance Mark (RCM). For a Declaration of Conformity, or Certificate of Compliance, you would have to request if from Customer Resolution.
I checked on the manufactures website, and I found an EU Declaration of Conformity, and a UK Declaration of Conformity. I hope these help for the Australian Compliance.
