I purchased terminal Block 2250-1201 and marker card 793-3501.
The marker tags no not snap into the top if the terminal block, they are loose and fall out. It appears as if they are the wrong size (too small). The marker tags are the WMB series as WAGO data sheet shows.
Are their markers tags for this series of terminal block?

I do see that Wago is recommending the very label you purchased, I am reaching out to see if I can get comment from my product manager on this and form a recommendation for you.
We did receive some advisement on this, the manufacturer did not have issue with these labels. They asked if your labels were getting snapped all the way in. Not completely applying the label will make it appear loose and in the end it can fall out.
If this doesn’t match your situation let us know with some pictures and we can double back to the manufacturer.
I took a look on the Wago website, and under the FAQ section, they provide these images, which I take as the recommended procedure for inserting the marker tabs into the terminal blocks:
Looks like they use a flat screwdriver and press down, causing the tab to flex and fit into the slot.
