I was not able to locate this information on the datasheet or the mfgr.'s website. I did email our Product manager to see if we can attain this plating information and waiting to see the response. This usually takes 2-3 business days.

This information was found in the drawing, please click here. The gold plating is 0.1 micro-meters minimum.They don’t give detail as to what kind of gold it is. I can ask our manufacturer contact about that.
