A relatively common cause of switch failure is deformation of the actuator lever. If the actuator lever is deformed as shown in the photo below, the switch will not work even if the actuator lever is operated, or the load for operating the switch will be too high to operate. This malfunction happened because something got caught in the lever and deformed it. As shown in the photo, when the bending angle of the lever increases or the backlash of the lever increases, the actuator lever has deformed.
