There are a few places you can find your customer number. If you are a registered user you can find it under my profile in the top left corner. Shown here highlighted in yellow:
Here is a walk-through for the new features on the My Digi-Key Website!
If you have a paper invoice your customer number will be listed right below the Digi-Key logo in the “Sold To” section.
You can’t see it in the picture above, but your shipping address will also be in the “Sold To” section.
If you don’t have either of the options above you can certainly call our sales department at 1-800-344-4539 and the sales representative can manually look up your customer number.
