Cant see my order

Hello,
We placed an order on December 21, 2024, and received a confirmation email, but I can’t find it in my order history, making it impossible to track. Additionally, I’m unable to add items to my cart, and despite using your chat service, I received no response. I would like assistance in tracking my order and accessing my order history.
