Order seemingly disappeared

Hi, I a few days ago I made an order on the UK website. However I wasn’t charged and although I re ceived the “thank you” e-mail I can’t check my order status. It isn’t there on my account, and on the order status page I just get the error “The order number you have entered does not match the other entries.”

I need to check the status of my order since I have a deadline, otherwise I’d rather just cancel my order, but I can’t! It seemingly doesn’t exist!
I also haven’t been charged so I’m confused as to what happened to my order.
Already sent an email to support but haven’t heard back.

I hear your frustration Daki and I have some help. If you want to call customer service via phone it is 1-800-344-4539 otherwise feel free to email them directly at customer.service@digikey.com as either is a good way but the phone is always faster.
