This BBB datasheet brings me to Rev. C.
Is this the one that has 16GB eMMC?

Those are still Rev c with 4GB for a few more hundred units before we switch over to Rev d with 16gb eMMC. (The total inventory is mixed rev c and d)
All these units are Rev D’s…
with 16GB eMMC..
Has anyone found a revision history that includes Revision D?

Hello Robert! I am a bit confused about 16 Gb Rev.D availability. You’ve said it is exists 16Gb version of the BeagleBone Industrial. At the link you provided above set it is 4Gb though. Most importantly that I have a version of it on 16 Gb and to hear answers from Sales department of Digikey is tricky. Could you please help put this matter to rest whether it has 16Gb or not? I want to purchase exactly 16Gb one.
The hardware change from Rev C3 → Rev D updated the eMMC from 4GB to 16GB.
Any doc mentioning 4GB eMMC is correct for Rev C/C3… But hasn’t been updated for Rev D..
