Win10 driver for USB-to-CAN V2 compact (1.01.0281.11001)

I purchased a usb-to-can V2 compact (1.01.0281.11001). the data sheet says it is supported on Windows 10. The location to download drivers for this version doesn’t have a windows 10 driver. I"m not sure if I can use the window 10 verison for the V4, if so there are many options and not sure which driver to use.

Hi @sean.heitz which device and part number is this request for?

HI @sean.heitz just to confirm, you are talking about this product?

They have a combined Windows 10 and Windows 11 driver here:

Regards,

within that package. I don’t think I need the SDK section and is the “Kernel mode driver” for Linux?
It’s not clear which driver is needed from the “user mode driver” section.

Is the driver I need in the"user mode driver" section?
Is the “kernel mode driver” section for linux?

Running “Ixxat VCI Setup 4.0.1003.0.exe” inside that zip file is all you should have todo…

Regards,

I have installed the IXXAT VCI Setup 4.0. when I connect my device the light is red and in device manager it sees the IXXAT VCI V4 interface (mine is V2). but it has the warning icon and message "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (code 37). When I click on driver details it shows a path to c:\windows\system32\DRIVERS\voi4114w5.sys.

I’d really contact the Manufacture of the device.
