Hei, I have an AC DC converter SMP350PS12 (1470-4445-ND). Acquired 2023 April. Not until now it is being connected to system. Feeding it with 205 VAC but output is 0 VDC. How can I “start” the device ?

Hi, thanks Ryan. I see, the J4 pins 5 and 4 to connect with each other. Is there any male connector available to this signal connector ?

Per last page of datasheet, it shows the connector that is on the board B10B-PHDSS (455-B10B-PHDSS-ND):
Plugging this into the DigiKey website, it renders the connector. If you scroll down it will show ‘Mating Products’ as PHDR-10VS (455-1158-ND). Scrolling down on this page to ‘Associated Product’, you can view all 8 items, which includes the contacts for this housing, or the pre-crimped jumper wires that can also be used in the housing.
