Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. Sorry but I wasn’t able to find a good source of information to try cross this to an equivalent.

I show a couple different manufacturers for this part. The Vishay version, ZTE1.5, is obsolete. I do see another one, manufactured by New Jersey Semiconductor Corp, that is active. Same part number, too, but it is not available on Digikey. Not sure if this is the same part you are looking for, but you can look into it if you wish.
