Wir erwarten die erste Lieferung von 200 Stück des neuen STM32U585QII3 als ULTRA-LOW-POWER WITH FPU ARM CORE ARM® Cortex®-M33 – Mikrokontroller IC 32-Bit 160MHz 2MB (2M x 8) FLASH 132-UFBGA (7x7) von STMicroelectronics.
Diese neue MCU wird im neuesten 40nm Fertigungsprozeß hergestellt und kann daher gut für ältere Prozessoren, die noch in 90nm Technologie fabriziert werden als besser verfügbarer langfristiger Ersatz dienen. Es wird am Ende 24 neue Varianten geben.
