For Part Number 1986-FLUKE-1507CAL-ND, please advise what the CAL-ND mean. Does this mean this item comes with a fresh calibration and that is the reason for the lead time???

FLUKE-1507CAL is actual part # for manufacture.
Here is the detail for CAL.(Basically means Calibration certificate included)

And -ND means, That states DigiKey part number.
Same part. But we use it for control our huge parts selection.
