Certificate of Calibration

“I ordered this part and it showed up without a calibration cert, can I get that please?”

When ordering meters and tools, most of DigiKey’s off the shelf stock do not have calibration certificates. If you are in need of a certificate, you will want to state that at the time you order the product so the certificate can be supplied along with the item direct from the manufacturer by DigiKey entering a non-catalog (special) order. This may result in an additional charge and lead time for the item. If you already have a tool or meter that needs calibration, you will need to send that to an independent certified calibration service.

Here are the non-catalog part number breakdowns as well as the links to the calibration services for each supplier:
FLUKECalibration and Repair Services - instrument calibration
• FLUKE Part number + Z540CAL added to end of the part number (ex: FLUKE-114Z540CAL)

B&KB&K Precision Corporation
• BK MFG part number + NISTCAL (ex: 2706BNISTCAL)

Global Specialties - https://www.globalspecialties.com/calibration-a-repair.html
• Global Specialties MFG part number + NISTCAL (ex: Pro-57NISTCAL)

Cal Test - App
• Cal Test MFG part number + NISTCAL (ex: CP6550-NANISTCAL)

TPI (Test Product International) - Service & Calibration | TPI USA
• TPI MFG part number + NISTCAL (ex: 126NISTCAL)

Teledyne LecroyTeledyne LeCroy - Service and Support
• All their instruments come calibrated except power supplies.
• The calibration procedure is in the product manuals.

After looking through most of the series datasheets for these suppliers there is no uniform spot to find if they offer calibration procedures or not. Ctrl+F is still the best way to find the information
