This part is a 2-pole device, it has two input terminals (one per pole) and two output terminals (one per pole) — 4 blade terminals in total.
Please refer to datasheet for details: D_3120-N…T1_en.pdf
It makes it confusing because the picture provided it shows 6blade terminals
