High-voltage T/H ceramic caps with a “good” dielectric do not appear to be a very common item; I’m not finding anything among our listings that’s both a decent candidate for substitution and that’s available without ugly lead times/MOQs.

Do the application requirements allow for compromise anywhere? A workable alternative might be available if you don’t need to adhere closely to the original device. Options are much broader among SMT offerings, and something like the ECW-H20682RJV might be a possibility if a film type could be considered.
