Hello minkc6861,

The 2SC4060 is a high voltage NPN transistor likely used as the horizontal output driver in a tube-type television.

As you pointed out, DigiKey does not offer this device.

May I recommend you search for a substitute from the NTE Electronics Inc. line of semiconductors. DigiKey does carry many, but not all, of the NTE substitutions.
