I have 2 parts from a PCB assembly that I am unsure of the part I need. I tried my best to get clear pictures, but this conformal coating that is on the assembly does not come off with acetone or isoprophyl. I have been having to burn it off to be able to read the markings on the components.

I think this one says EG 81A, but could be mistaken

This one I was able to get a more clear picture. Pretty sure that this one is marked CP 06A

After re-heating that component a couple more times and scrubbing it with acetone, I was able to get a more clear picture of the first component.

CP_06A - it is a SMAJ36A-E3/5A.

EG_81A - it is a ES3G.
