I have heard back from SIMCom and the part number for the version with the built-in SIM card slot is SIM7600G-H-PCIESIM - S2-107YZ-Z33HN, but we do not stock this part.

Thanks for checking - I just received the 3 I ordered last week and I can confirm they are most definitely the version WITH the SIM card slot! So I’m very happy, but you might want to note that you do indeed have them in stock.
