3D/ECAD Models Downloads not working

I am trying to download some ECAD/3D models from the website and It is claiming that I have hit my guest limit for daily downloads, except, I have a registered account with DigiKey and It is linked to our company.
I have hit this problem before for the first time and just creating an account, solved the problem. At first, I did not complete the registration for my account since I never got the confirmation email. Fast forward to today, I am trying to finish modeling some PCB with 3D models and I hit the daily limit again, except this time, I am logged in and my account is active. A quick support chat, let me finish registering my account and link it to the company account, then they told me to log off, close the browser then try to log in again and registration should be completed, to which I did as they asked.
The problem still persisted, and I still cannot download anything from DigiKey since it thinks I’m still a guest. Another support chat later, I was told to open a TechForum ticket to seek help with the problem.

AS you can see, I’m logged in and still having problems with the download. Clicking on the login button, redirects me to the login page which immediately returns me back to this page with no changes to the statues. Any suggestions?

Hello adil.adil,

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.

The only thing I can think of, is to clear your cookies from your browswer, then log out, and log back into your account, before trying to do another download.

If that does not work, maybe one of the engineers, or someone that knows alot about the system, can add to this post.

I don’t know why I did not lead with that but that helped me and now it’s either has forgotten the daily limit after clearing cookies or that solved the problem, either way, it’s done. Thank you
