I NEED 2 EACH 6 POINT TERMINAL STRIP SCREWS ON ONE SIDE AND FEMALE SPADES ON THE OTHER FOR #12 WIRE 20AMPS PANEL MOUNT

Welcome to the DigiKey tech forum community.

I found 1 barrier block strip with screws on top termination and quick connect 0.250" spade terminals on the bottom termination. These will take 12-22AWG wire, 20A, 600V. Part number 364-1662-ND

2041-NDN111A-WH-ND | 2041-KT3-WH-ND are the closest options i’ve found. Otherwise this may be something we don’t normally carry or is obsolete. Please review datasheet specifications.

Oh hey, those look a lot more like what is pictured. Those take much bigger gauge too.
