That would be ~ 11.811mm
There is an option that would be closer at 12mm.
96257 type.

WHAT ABOUT 23255?

Nothing comes up on 96257

The link I gave shows those items we have on our site.
A search for “96257” would also need a modifier of “cable gland” to get just those items to show upon the site.

“23255” or (as I had found) “23255.9” is a sealing plug that can be used to fill the unused blanks in the cable glands like the 96226.6.
This would be for an 11mm hole.

For those cable glands from what I can tell they would not come with inserts.
An insert would need to be ordered separately.
The below link shows the items I had found that look to be the correct size for that 23255 glands.
