I am trying to find a cable stay cable gland that looks like the one in my picture. Can you lead me to where this might be?

It seems likely that the feature was molded in place, rather than being a distinct item purchasable separately.
One could look among the bushings & grommets for something that might be made to work. Also for reference, the cable & cord grip family houses items serving a similar purpose in a more robust form.
Also, Would you be able to provide the dimensions for this item?
– Panel hole cutout size
– The diameter for the cable or inner diameter for the grommet.
– The thickness of the panel this is interfacing with.
Also, after doing some digging the below link shows the most similar I had found to the item in your image.

The cable is .22 inches and the cutter is .325 inches.
I was actually about to start looking into the grommet section. These links helped me narrow it down substantially. Thank you.
Looks like Nathan’s list is good, with those added dimensions I’d say that further narrows it down to most likely part numbers RPC6132-ND or RPC3191-ND. Not likely to be an exact match to the original, but at least reasonable alternatives.
I am ordering the RPC6132 – ND. The cable I need is .240 OD so it might be a little loose, but I think it will work fine.
