we just received A5952R we need an OD of .024" per your website, but we received .027"

is .024" no longer available?

welcome to the TechForum, wire size is nominal part will very a little on the same spool.

While wire size is nominal I did check the manufacturers website ( Hook Up Wire | 5952 | Alpha Wire) and the tolerance is +/- .002 which means .027 does fall out of the specified range. Please see this TechForum post about how to make a return if you need to do so.
