Hi, I am hoping someone might be able to help or advise. I bought an Allegro evaluation board APEK89301GES-01-T Evaluation Board a while ago and have been trying to get hold of the GUI software for it. I signed up for the Allegro Portal over a week ago but have had no response and login isn’t activated despite them saying it takes ‘up to 3 days’!
Any help getting access to the portal or a copy of the software would be awesome.
If you got your APEK89301GES-01-Tthrough DigiKey we can submit an inquiry to the manufacturer to see if there is any further steps that may need to be done.
Also, what other steps have you done for logging in to the site?
Hi Nathan, Thanks for your reply. Yes purchased off DigiKey SO number Redacted.
I first visited the Allegro Portal on 19th November
There was no issue with the registration - I figured I just needed to wait for it to be processed which they said would be up to 3 days. When I went back a week later I got this, and it’s still what comes up when I try to log in:
Update - I received notice this morning that my portal registration has been activated, so now able to log in. The software I need (GUI software for APEK89301GES-01-T Evaluation Board) is not included in the default list of “available parts” so presumably it’s one of the apps that they consider “restricted and requires authorization”. I have submitted a request for it to be made available to me.
So that’s progress of a sort, but hopefully not now going to be another week or more waiting for them to give me the software I actually need…
