Alternative parts for HRV triac and motor controller IC

Hi guys,

Would greatly appreciate some help please, looking for an alternative triac that has the following printed on it “137S6 2067 PJm 0914 D1” it is a surface mount 3 pin device.

Also an opto coupler used for motor control: “MOC3063 951Q”.

Thanks in advance, I remember the old books that had alternative products we used to have in the workshop and it was much easier than trying to find them nowadays. I am struggling to even find the original component data/specs. (but I’d be grateful if you could just provide the available equivalent component please).
