I believe I am dealing with an obsolete Motorola triac SC146D. I am trying to locate a comparable one. Can anyone suggest one?
Hello bbealing. Thank you for contacting the TechForum. I wasn’t able to find an exact equivalent for SC146D. The closest stocking substitute I found is F7246-ND (Littelfuse part # Q8010L5TP). You’ll want to compare the datasheets to verify this substitute is appropriate for your application.
I have about 6-7 Motorola triacs MAC15-6. They are 10amp 400v like yours. If they will work u are more than welcome to them. I can send a picture if u need it.
