I want to boot Android 7, 8 or 9 on Beaglebone black.
Is there a pre-built image and android source
If so, could you let me know how to get it and use it?

Sadly there really isn’t an official Android image from the community…
TI stopped around 4.2.x: http://www.ti.com/tool/ANDROIDSDK-SITARA
Community member did, 4, 5, 6: http://www.2net.co.uk/android4beagle.html
If your up for the development challenge, I bet there are quite a few users who would be interested in someone providing a Android 7, 8, or 9 image.
