I need to find a replacement for AMTEL SAM-ICE that will work with AT91 ARM CORES. please let me know if you have any alternates. Thanks in advance for your kind help!

A possible substitute for the AT91SAM-ICE, is listed as ATATMEL-ICE-ND.
The Datasheet says it is for debugging and programming Arm Cortex.
Please check the datasheet to help verify compatibility to your application.
The ATATMEL-ICE-ND my colleague recommended above will not work with AT91SAM devices.
Any reason you’re looking for a replacement? What part are you debugging?
The AT91SAM-ICE was an OEM Segger J-Link that was locked to Atmel. It will still work if you’re just working with Microchip Studio and they can be found readily secondhand.
Otherwise here’s what Segger lists for support:

The original Atmel SAM-ICE was a licensed OEM version from Segger:
The J-Link ‘Base’ would be a good replacement for the SAM-ICE and fit in the exact same form factor/connector: SEGGER J-Link debug probes
