I don’t have a lot of details to narrow down this exact part.
My company had purchased one long ago and we are trying to purchase another one because we lost the one we had.

Thanks David. I also found that on the shop webpage but wanted to confirm. There aren’t any other devices that look similar to this just so I don’t purchase the wrong one?
