I am looking for alternate near equivalent of TLV320AIC23BIPWR TI IC’s

The Texan Instruments LV320AIC23BIPWR is an audio codec with an integral headphone amplifier. Unfortunately, it is listed as obsolete.

DigiKey offers many alternatives. A variety of demo boards are also offered. For example, there is much to be learned by exploring devices such as the ADAU1787BCBZRL7 and associated demoboard with manufacture supporting data.
