B&K Precision sells a selection of testing equipment, such as their 880 LCR meter. Recently, we’ve had a series of questions asking about whether this meter is compatible with 220V supply, and why it’s not working when plugged into 220V.
This meter is designed to work on 120V rather than 220V. To get a meter that works with 220V, you should get the 880-220V alternate model, instead. The original device, unfortunately, simply isn’t compatible with 220V without the 880-220V accessories.
