I’m looking for bare die (unpackaged silicon) of the exact same devices below. No substitutes/alternatives are acceptable (must be same silicon as the packaged parts).

Requested parts (exact):

  1. IRFB4227PBF – require bare die / same silicon

  2. IDP40E65D2 (and/or packaged OPN IDP40E65D2XKSA1) – require bare die / same silicon

Can DigiKey supply official bare-die order codes for these exact parts?

  • If yes: please provide the bare-die OPN(s)

  • If no: please confirm in writing “not available as bare die” for each part so we can close the RFQ internally.
