DigiKey bag shows “IRFP27N60KPBF-ND”, component inside shows " 1N13AF C5200 ". Is this the component I ordered?

Based on the given marking, you got one of the below.
C5200 from On Semi
I would say you did not get the Vishay item.
That really sucks. kept the component all this time inside the original package not to lose it… and the day came I needed it… this happens. The only time I got something wrong from DigiKey
