Trying to replace surface mount component

I have a surface mount component that I am trying to replace. Below is an image of the part in question. I believe it is a diode of some sort but only two of the legs are actually used.

The markings appear to belong to Diode part MMBZ5248BLT1GOSCT-ND

The use is also consistant with the part being a single diode as called out in the data sheet.
