I need help identifying this component and finding a replacement. I am new to surface mount, it appears to me to be an On diode based on the label on pcb, but can not find anything with QE RE12.
Any help of pointers would be appreciated.
For some reason the formating of my trext on the previous post was strange,so I will try again… I need help identifying this component Labeled D27 on PCB (I would guess it is some type of diode) The chip appears to be labeled QE RE 12, but I have not been able to find the part.

Thank you for contacting DigiKey , from an old data sheet I found it looks like this is part number 1SMA5.0AT3G , this part is obsolete possible replacement check data sheets 5399-SMAJ5.0ACT-ND
