Help identifying power-related component: likely diode/rectifier?

Hi folks! I am trying to identify a small surface mounted component (see picture). The wrong voltage was applied to the circuit board (it’s the main PCB for a home alarm: Omni IIe control panel) and fried a few components: this one and a few rectifiers (that I replaced already).

This component is the last one that needs to be replaced, and I can’t identify what it is. Any help would be very welcome! Thanks in advance.

The slanted F looks like the Fairchild logo. I dont see the TVS Diode from that supplier in our system. However, any manufacturer of SMBJ15A would work. Click Here for options.

Amazing – Thank you soooo much!!!

The manufacturer changed to onsemi, for reference the part number is obsolete in our system: 1SMB15AT3

Hi. If you would like to try some alternative, at MCC, we have the following one: SMBJ15A-TP
