Welcome to the DigiKey tech forum. We don’t have exact matches but take a look at DigiKey part SIHF12N60E-GE3CT-ND as a possible alternate to the part marked cs12n60f and DigiKey part BYT79X-600PQ-ND as a possible alternate for the part marked 15f60hf.

That could be an ST:s MOSFET.

It may be safe to choose the one with the highest current rating to be sure.
