BPM2417SJ Module - Zero Output Issue

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the BPM2417SJ module where the output is 0V DC despite providing 140V-420V DC input. I have tested multiple units with the same result.
Please clarify the following for my test setup:
External Components: Are the Y-capacitors C103 and C104 (330pF) mandatory for the module to start, or can it run without them during a bench test?

Please confirm if the issue is caused by missing external Y-capacitors, incorrect parallel pin connections, or if there are mandatory feedback/sensing pins that must be jumpered for the module to activate.

Please review the example of application circuits from the BPM Series Application Notes and BPM2417SJ Datasheet. to make sure you have Tamura part number BPM2417SJ, DigiKey part number MT7393-ND hooked up correctly and to assist you with determining the external components needed.
