Breakout PCB for the LLAM-1550-R2AH APDs

I’m with the University of Chicago’s undergraduate‑led CubeSat project, PULSE‑A, and we are interested in purchasing the LLAM‑1550‑R2AH APDs for our optical ground station. I was wondering whether there are any breakout boards available for these APDs. There are no schematics provided for the electrical characteristics, and given the device’s very sensitive thermal resistance, designing an appropriate board would be complex.

Please let me know if there is any information on this!

A ‘breakout board’ per-se is not available, however Excelitas does offer such devices in packaged module format.
