Does this https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/adafruit-industries-llc/4311/10313914 screen come with the breakout board mentioned in the data sheet or is it separate. If it is seperate can the id/link to its page be provided.

For better details on Adafruit products, I always go to their product page. BTW - it’s always easy to find since their site is setup to use www.adafruit.com/product/xxx where xxx is the Adafruit product ID.
In addition to data sheets there is usually a linked tutorial and software drivers linked on the product page.
